Festival Band Application
Our festival draws crowds from across the world looking to enjoy the beautiful dahlias. We want them to enjoy their day amongst the beautiful flowers and best of all the sound and food they can partake in while visiting. We are looking for artists and bands that interact with our guests. Music is offered from 12pm-4pm every Saturday and Sunday during the festival, with peak crowds coming during peak bloom of mid-August to mid-September. The festival is rain or shine and we expect everyone to enjoy what Mother Nature offers and make the most of it! The environment is country casual and the music should fit the crowd of all ages.

Swan Island Dahlias will provide the customers and the power via a spider box.
We are open 5 days a week in August & September, 9 am-5:30 pm, and closed Monday and Tuesday. We ask that the performance time be from 12 pm - 4 pm with no more than three 15 minute breaks.
Upon arrival you let our parking staff know you are with the band, and you will be directed for unloading and setup. All vehicles will need to be moved to standard parking after unloading.
Swan Island Dahlias and all vendors are required to follow state guidelines and mandates while on farm property.
We begin accepting applications for each summer festival from November through January 15th. Contracts are sent in late January/early February. All applications received outside of this timeframe will be kept for a waitlist/cancellation spot. To reserve your spot, you'll need to return a signed contract by the specified date noted in the contract. If you have previously played for our festival, please be sure to apply if you are interested in playing the following year.
